Excluded Services
Services provided by Isonomy are strictly limited to day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts reconciliation, cashflow management, payroll, and BAS compliance. Isonomy does not provide formal income tax return preparation, statutory tax planning, or financial product advice. Clients requiring income tax services should consult a registered Tax Agent.
Data Handling, Security & Cloud Platforms
To deliver seamless financial accounting, Isonomy utilizes cloud-based software integrations including Xero, MYOB, and associated bank feed APIs. We enforce bank-grade encryption protocols and strict internal access controls to safeguard client records against unauthorized access or disclosure.
Client Responsibility & Accuracy of Records
The accuracy of accounting ledgers and statutory filings relies upon the prompt, complete, and true provision of source documents (invoices, receipts, and bank statements) by the client. Isonomy is not responsible for penalties or ATO audit adjustments resulting from omitted or inaccurate client information.
Client Responsibility & Accuracy of Records
When required, all works are completed by registered BAS Agent, or registered BAS Agent provider. Registered tax and BAS agents are governed by the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 and must comply with the Code of Professional Conduct.
The Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) maintains a public register of all registered tax and BAS agents. You can verify your representatives or our registration profile, qualifications, and current status by searching the TPB Public Register.
Under Section 45 of the Tax Agent Services (Code of Professional Conduct) Determination 2024, we are required to disclose any significant matters that may affect your decision to engage or continue engaging our services.
Disclosure Statement: As of today's date, there are no significant matters to disclose. There are no current conditions imposed on our registration, no active suspensions, no cancellations, and no relevant criminal convictions or civil penalties to report.
